Soren Aldaco once believed she was a boy. 

At 11 years old, she discovered online fandom communities that blurred fantasy with reality, grooming her to believe the lies of gender ideology and pushing her towards irreversible medical transition. 

By seventeen, negligent doctors prescribed testosterone without understanding the root cause of her confusion, causing permanent harm to a mentally distressed teenager who needed care, not chemicals. 

At nineteen, she underwent a needless double mastectomy at Austin's Crane Center which led to severe complications like hematomas and internal bleeding. When Soren reached out for help, the doctors abandoned her, leaving profound physical and emotional scars. 

In 2023, Soren courageously filed a lawsuit against 5 of her mental and medical providers for malpractice and negligence. On February 11 2026, a portion of her case will be heard before the Texas Supreme Court.
