Texas introduced a bill that would allow individuals to sue manufacturers and distributors of abortion pills. The latest version of the bill, filed by State Senator Bryan Hughes (R-Mineola), allows citizens to file a wrongful death lawsuit if the pills result in the “harm or death” of a mother or an unborn child.
